I've been insured for three years through Grandstand 2000 (something to do with Keith Montgomery)on the 944S:- £230, fully comp, age forty something, 3K miles, partner insured, kept on a drive but not garaged, home counties, approved immobiliser, includes breakdown recovery (never used this). Policy is with a big insurer (Sun).

Sorry, don't have contact details here at work but try Google.

Regards,
Guy.

Asset Trust are pretty good by all accounts. I have a 911 SC that has been heavily modified ie 993 engine, steel wide body conversion, turbo brakes, suspension, lightweight flywheel and a few other things.

I asked them for a quote if I supercharged it too and they came back with £900.

Bearing in mind I live in East London, car is parked outside in allocated off street parking, am 30 years old I reckon this is pretty good.

Details in Google...
