Looks similar to the one I have from eBay. Mine is in 8 volumes though with slightly different headings. About 350MB on CD, basically someone has scanned and pdf'd the repair manual, good enough. Very useful, got to be worth a few quid if you have a 993.

As Trevor says it is likely to be a copy, I bought a similar one off ebay for the 964 and although the degree of maintenance detail is not brilliant it was certainly worth £6.50.

a note of caution!
I bought a similar workshop manual for my 968 off Ebay. I won the tansaction fair and square, paid immediately by paypal.
3 days later got an email from Ebay saying they had received a complaint (presume from PorscheUK though they didnt say) that the item might be an illegal copy. Ebay removed the item from the site (thus removing all the seller's details) and "advised me not to pay".
Luckily I had the seller's email on file. I contacted him and he confirmed his belief he'd bought a genuine manual that he was entitled to sell on to me. It did indeed arrive then next day in the post and its turned out to be brilliant. But be aware there are those who are not happy about these CDROMs floating about and who may scupper your sale

Hi Phil

Long time etc! No, not seen and don't know if it exists. Did you get the Official Porsche 993RS technical book from Carnewal?

.......all aspects of the RS are covered in the standard 993 workshop manuals-apart from Porsche Motorsport stuff.

For info, I also bought CDs from an E-bayer. Unfortunately the CDs that he sent me were corrupted and unreadable.

The easy alternative is to download the manual from EMule in PDF form - 964/944 manuals are there too. The PET software (Porker spare parts system with exploded drawings and part numbers for all models) is also available. Very handy stuff.
