V8 Adblue Fault - Panamera

Hi…
A friends V8 has suffered a fault displaying 650miles ; add ad blue. The trouble is; it’s full of ad blue and counting down the miles.
OPC suggests that the fix is engine out and replace exhaust down pipes. £10k.
Another suggestion has been to have the / an ad blue sensor deleted from the ECU.
Any advice would greatfully received.
