911 / 997.2 service costs

Hi,

I've had a quote from OPC Silverstone for my 997.2 C2S and it seems a little steep to say the least.....

Minor Service - basically an oil change £653.58
Brake Fluid £162.49
Check Tyre pressure system £23.40
Check airbag etc £23.40

Total of £862.67

Opc pricing seems to of gone up dramatically over the last couple of years. Hard to justify what they are now wanting for minor services imo

Yeah one of my friends gets his 996 done there too, good place for sure, mines got full OPC history so far, think of changing the car at the end of the summer and wanted to keep the OPC stamp, i was surprised that is was pretty much triple the price of an indy.

Does an OPC history add much value? Fair enough whilst it’s under warranty, but I’d be happy to see a good indy history on an older car.

I would rather see the name of a good specialist on the books than the main dealer. Got my first service (for me) booked in next month and hope it to be half of that
