just as an experiment I put a splash in my ride-on mower - an aircooled briggs & stratton 15.5hp 4 stroke beast. Can honestly say Ive never been round the paddock quicker and the grass has that clean-cut look that only comes with a really sharp blade and a powerful slice.
i wonder if promax do a chip?

Try putting a dash (10% of mixture) of model aircraft fuel in there

Careful though, it may melt the spark plug (voice of experience).

My John Deere GT235 understeers like, er, a 964 C4. Is there a fix for this?

I've experienced the same effect! When I bought our mower the only oil I had was Mobil 1 fully synthetic This combined with the fact I only run my car (and mower) on Optimax or SUL surely makes my mower one of the faster ones out there!

Extreme mowing anyone? Any open pitlane trackdays I can attend? I'm looking forward to spinning off!!!!!
