911 SC Targa baby seat
Discussion
There's a few things to look out for. Firstly you need to have seat belts in the back, preferably 3 point. Secondly you need to make sure that the seat belt is long enough to go round the baby seat, you can buy extension kits IIRC.
Thirdly, rear-facing baby seats take up tons of room so you might find there's no room for another passenger.
Good luck!

I don't think you will find a baby seat for a new born that will go in the back of an SC. Especially a rear facing one.
The only one I could find that fits in the back of a 3.2 is the Porsche Prince which is from 9 months onwards. As it happens this is no longer available, but Mercedes make the same seat with their name on it and for half the price, about £95.
My lad was just around nine/ten months and just over the weight limit for these seats when we got the 3.2 and he did tend to slump a bit, its a lot better now he is a little older.
The problem is that the rear seats are so narrow at the back and nothing seems to fit properly. There is no way we would have got his new born seat in, not helped with the car only having lap belts it wouldn't have been safe.
I imagine that all but the 996/7s suffer this problem, I have seen some pretty big child seats in the back of new cars. But not everyone has the wedge!
Hope this helps
