Hi All

New Macan GTS incoming mid-December:

Now, I'm sure I recall reading on PH that one can track the build by various stages?

My OPC doesn't know anything about this....

Did I dream it?

Cheers

John

You can either download the MyPorache app or navigate to MyPorsche via the Porsche GB website. If I remember correctly you will need to set up an account using the email address that you provided to your OPC when you ordered the vehicle.

Thanks - I already have that account for my other cars, but don't see any order for the new one....

Hi John

I asked the same question when I bought my Macan GTS recently and was told by my OPC that it’s only possible to track the build with new GT cars and 911’s. I have to say they were pretty clueless about a lot of things however so make of this what you will.

I don’t know when you ordered the car but I wouldn’t be surprised if you get it earlier than expected. I’d been told I’d have to wait over a year, but got the car after 8 months because so many orders were being cancelled.

Nice colour btw!

Yeah, thanks!

The car is arriving mid-December, ordered at the end of March. It's a PTS too, so much quicker than I thought.

Mind you, looking at the other thread in this section, there seems to be a surplus of new builds, so clearly the factory is not suffering from parts shortages and / or the economic turndown is having a large effect on new Porsche sales?
