Servicing and warranty

My car is due its next service in Feb however I won't be using it through the winter so ideally would want to wait a month later when its back on the rd in spring. Does anyone know what the official line re servicing a car 1 month later then the schedule and ensuring I don't fall foul of the warranty requirements?

I would call my local dealer but don't fancy waiting 30 mins to get through only to be told they don't know

Its a time or mileage warranty, they won't care where the car was on the date it was meant to have been serviced by, you have just given them the reason to decline your claim. The contracts are black and white.
