Which porsche? a generic page comes up from the link...

If it's the 'turbo' it's not a turbo and 13,995 for a 1969 911 simply depends on how well restored it has been.

As for the 968 cab, at 13,995 it is OK value but nothing more. You could probably get a LHD Boxster for that if you look carefully and they are more buoyant than 968 cabs.

So I wouldn't be going mad over either of them, although some people love the 60s 911s for their retro vibe...

No, Turbo was 1973 or something. Not 60s, that's for sure.

Besides you wouldn't even retro fit a turbo engine to that without a whale tail because of intercooler fitment. Just a typo or a dealer who knows feck all.

How bizarre! Incidentally, I looked at a 'Grale in a car storeage place in East Grinsted. The guy also had an lhd silver '69 Coupe that he was going to sell - I wonder whether it's the same car? Paint was thicker than Wayne Rooney and he wanted £11k for it, so I walked away.

Pre impact 911s are one of my tips for the future - in the right colour and right spec I think this car might be work closer to £11k, but the vendor's knowledge of it makes me wonder whether they were tucked up by its previous owner.

Simon, do you fancy a beer sometime soon? A consultant I know would be keen to meet you guys and it's a good excuse to get together with you!

Interesting bit about wood on wood effect too, can't be seen in the pic though. Sounds like the text doesn't go with the car.

Obviously the 1969 and Turbo is complete arse though, so just well dodgy - the must be bunting around the lot.

garage is a local one to me at home so am not surprised he doesn't know his arse from his elbow ... given its not right spec / colour what's a ball-park price? ... lets do beers (send a PM to my work email and we'll set-up (got plenty to update you on too!!)
