Did anyone notice the tiny article in yesterday's News of the World?

Apparently Jade was stopped by police on a 'routine check' in Walsall and has since been fined £600 for driving without either a licence or insurance and for failing to produce a licence or insurance.

Given that a dealer asks for your insurance documents so it can tax your car (plus they often take a photocopy of your driving licence before a test drive) how did she even get the car off the forecourt?
