Any ideas on 997 cab residuals? I am trying to price mine to sell (AMV8 on the way) - but the trade books have no prices and dealers values vary massively.

I guess that values must be holding strong - so I am going to price mine a couple of £000 under list and see what happens?

Advice appreciated!

lambojim - it's arctic silver / black leather / black hood, manual, london, mint, sat nav, bose, parking, tracker, 2700 mls

Let me know if interested - it's a couple of £K under list (what I paid for it).

OK - now time to sell and being offered £70k on P/X which is far lower than any of the 997 S cabs on the market. Anyone want to better the dealer and pick up an absolute bargain...?!

Hi
Have my Atlas Grey 997S advertised at 2-3K under list for last 2 weeks but no calls. How much was list on yours?

Mine was £76.5k (just under) when new in April this year. I put it in the Sunday Times @ £74k this week and had no calls so happy to let go for less than that.

Mine the same £76413 in fact plus £449 for the tracker. I will have to reduce to £72ish and see how it goes. Got a 997 4S coupe coming early Nov & AM Vantage March.

Cabs are fetching stronger money than coupes as there are fewer around...

Yes - cabs have always had stronger residuals than the coupes for some reason. Also, coupes were launched 12 months ago, cabs 6 months ago.
