Which 991?

Back on here after a long period of absence.
Recently sold my 993 C2, and now looking to get into another 911. The sweetspot seems to be 991.1, as I prefer the non turbo thing. I've usually been a C2 person, but wanted views on the C4 and it's inherent traits.
Also, what are the must haves... Sport Chrono, PASM...?
Are there any kits/upgrades that allow the standard stereo interface to be Android/Carplay compatible?
