E3 Cayenne LifePO4 Battery - Experiences?

Apologies if there is a recent thread on PH - there is a 60 pager on Rennlist but looking for UK experience.
I understand these batteries were fitted to Cayenne 2018-2024 and Urus, then owing to high failure rate were replaced with a old school AGM battery from 2024.
The battery itself seems quite robust but the top end electronics to support charging seem to fail and prevent the car charging the battery?
There are a few companies who advertise repair and there is also a conversion kit to allow retrofitting of a stop start AGM battery.
Has anyone got experiences of replacing or repairing these batteries in or out of warranty?
As these are expensive and Porsche have walked back from using them in the current cars is it best to move away?
