Having had my 991.2 broken into, but fortunately not stolen. I m thinking of getting a Ghost II fitted and an obd lock. Has anyone experienced problems with either the Ghost II or obd locks. Can anyone recommend an obd lock that is available in the UK

Not had a Ghost on a Porsche, but have one on another car after having a previous car stolen.
There's not a lot to go wrong with them, they work by scrambling the canbus system IF the correct code ISN'T used.
The only issue I've had, is taking the car in for a service, forgetting to notify the service advisor of the Ghost, then getting a phonecall off the service advisor 3 hours later saying The car won't start, does it have a Ghost ? ...
This has one benefit : You know when they started the service/work on your car.
The downside is : You're left wondering why you bothered getting the car to them at sparrow's fart, if they're they not going to bother starting on it earlier ...
