Nice one, are you going to take the front part of the cage out?

Nah, leave the front bit of the cage in... reminds you you're in a proper car

Very nice, but how do you clean the inside of the rear screen? Small boy on a stick?

Was thinking about taking front part out, as is tricky to get in/out, and blocks easy access to headlight switch..

But am now used to it, and it really makes the car, you feel like Walter Rohl, even to going to Sainsburys.

Nice car / piccies

Enjoy !!

BTW - If you are going to use the car on the road i.e. without a LID on, I would seriously consider taking it out... If you have an accident you are much more likely to kill yourself because your head is very close to the front cage...

I know what you mean, but trust me, that padding ain't going to do much if your bonce hits it without a helmet on. The front section is only going to be any use at all if you get side swiped. ( I had my dront section in for all of a week before at least 4 people said all that to me!)

Hmmm, my Sagaris has a full rollcage, with no padding and it's a lot lower.. has never bothered me.

it will only properly bother you once Rob, and then it'll be too late !!!

And i reckon you've had enough knocks on the head, judging by the amount of motors you're bought lately

I too felt that extra bit of a racer when i had mine in, but after much wise advice from those in the know, i have taken it out.

Makes the car a damn sight easier to get in and out of aswell.

Have you got the extinguisher mounted too? I've now taken mine out having broken the first one...

Cheers

Extinguisher and Harnesses were not fitted, both still in original boxes.

Good indication that car hasn't been on track then.
