Dom,it will be a GT3 OR A 997S i so want the gt3 the only thing that puts me off is the interior,i have now had five of them.Anyway first i have to sell mine and even though its a serious bargin,its also lhd and winter.I have also 21 apartments to sell too,so quite a task i think,its going to be a long winter.

Dealers are having a shocking time shifting GT3s & RSs at the moment, so if you want one I suspect you could do an alright trade in deal with said dealer. At least thats how it was a month ago, and I doubt its got better as the weather has got colder!
The RS is absolutely fabulous. I'd wangle for a test drive plus in one though if you can, just in case its not to your tastes.
I dont really think i need to drive it dan,i already know its going to be too hard core for me,the standard gt3 i might be able to live with,so on that score thats the one i'l drive.Its the looks of the rs i like and the fact that it really is the only porsche for me at the moment that stands out and looks special,power wise after spending years on R1's Ducatis nothing really compares so,380bhp or 390 is all the same to me.I think yourself and kurgen own very special cars and if i'm ever in the position too have one as weekend car dont worry i wont waste any time trying to buy one.

The 997S is nice but that debate vs the GT3 has been done to death. You can't go wrong with any as all nice that have been mentioned.
Chuck the apartments on pistonheads classifieds/property; I'm sure Ted's rates are pretty good for business peeps, and you won't get the usual chavs coming around nicking the fixings
Where i live is a lovely,had i know of phers at the the time when we were developing these six houses then it might have been worth a shout,but the apartments although gorgeous,will only appeal to local folk or doctors,busy people types etc....Anyway pete from the photos on your website i kind of got the idea your town was nice?ER...maybe they were the american photos i was looking at
