I need new a new tyre on the back due to a puncture - however, I forgot to get write down the details of the tyre to order from my local tyre fitter.

I use P Zero Rossos and they're 17" 'turbo style' wheels - am I right in thinking that they are 255/40 ?

Cheers

If it helps, I have 17 in on a 993 C2 and the tyres are 255/40 at the rear. Any decent tyre dealer worth his salt would know. Good luck

Are you sure they are 17 inch. Turbo S alloys on a 996 are normally 18 inch not 17.

If it`s 18 inch then it will be 265-35-18

If they are 17 inch wheels then it will be 255-40-17.

Thanks Henry,

They're definitely 17" - I think they're called Turbo style wheels....could be wrong.
