Evening all,

I'm loving the 'new' 944.. having serious fun, welsh mountains got a pounding on sunday.

Anyway, I had the car serviced last week - £400 for not a whole lot, needed a top engine strip to get to what i thought was the rocker cover gasket.. most frustrating.

I'm now looking at what I need to save up for decent boots for the Summer and the next trip to the Nordschleife..
I've currently got Michelin Pilots on, 255/40/17 on rear and 230/50/17 on front.. I've been looking at Yoko's as my experience of these on the elise (much different obviously) was phenominal.. Just curious to know other people's thoughts on whats best for the car!?!?

N.B. had a wasp come through the window vents at me yesterday.. rather un-nerving at 60mph.. any ideas how he got there. He is now in retirement on my shoe sole.

Cheers
Pagey

If its the standard size (215/60 15) Then I would definately recommend Dunlop SP Sport9000's available here:www.mytyres.co.uk/start.html

Fantastic in the wet, and pretty quiet as well
