I know this is a Porsche forum but Ive just bought a Clio Trophy ( the limited edition trick suspension last of the line clios ) to belt round in and the car is superb -
the handling is good and it really pushes on for a small car ...

Im putting the RSs away for the winter and working on getting the red one set up , as Ive entered the Porsche Speed championship next year -it starts on April 17th
and has Sprints at Croft,Ty Croes,Castle Combe ,Goodwood and Cadwell Park then 7 hillclimbs

Heh - I have a Clio 182 as my get to work car too. An ideal partner to the 993C4S - not many cars come close to the fun for the cash...

Nice to see a fellow owner on here! Get yourself over to www.cliotrophy.co.uk if you haven't already, Nik has been building up a reasonable following over there and a good few owners have registered.

How long have you had it, how are you finding it?

Ive only had it 2 days - its secondhand 3100 miles
it only came in one colour ( red) and the pictures do it no justice
in the flesh the colour is great
it has air con, cruise control good stereo with steering wheel controls
lovely speedline wheels and the seats are the business + 3 year warranty
it has good grunt and deserves to be thrashed !

Hi Tim, how do you manage to fit in a Clio!? Will you be changing your forum ID to Papa or Nicole?
