Bridgstone S02 or S02A?
Discussion
I'm fitted SO2 N2s front and back in August this year and find them very confidence inspiring wet and dry. However, someone suggested in a recent thread that Bridgestone have stopped making them now and so the supply will or has dried up - worth checking on availability.
However, my porker came with SO2s on and I've never driven the car on anything else, so can not give a comparative opinion.

Thanks for the feedback. I've still got some good tread on the front S02A's but the back haven't got much left until the limit. The tread pattern between the S02 and S02A is completely different, so you reckon it would be ok to have the SO2's on the back with the SO2A's on the front even with this pattern difference?
SO2's everytime. I went from O2's to O2A's on a 964RS, though they were good, the SO2's certainly felt grippier (and rode more smoothly) The SO2 lack of availability "myth" has been doing the rounds for about 2 years now......................Bridgestone speak for "buy the SO2A's they cost us less to manufacture, so there's more profit in em" IMHO
