advice on spring type/rates koni m474 944 turbo

i have just purchased some front and rear koni m474 suspension for my 1988 944 turbo. the car is to be used mainly on trackdays. what springs should i purchase for the front struts, also should the car be lowered? if so how much? thanks for any input!

With M474 the front height is fixed, you can only lower the rear using the eccentric

Springs try something around 200-250lbs
