996 C4S Sports Exhaust question
Discussion
There is no noticeable difference in performance either way. But the sound is more than worth it as said.
If you get one with the switch, it reduces the sound between 20-40mph for noise regs in certain countries.
This can be disabled by fiddling with the fuse board, detailed info on Rennlist.

wouldnt be without it.....feels faster to me...or is that 'cos i never change up to 4/5/6th these days?? ...seriously, its noise only according to Porsche blurb. Heel & Toe blips do seem a lot better...more "blippable"...there ya go, word of the day.
You know I agree with that completely.
Coming off the motorway onto the slip road and braking for the roundabout 6-5-4-3-2 is just aural magic!
Get one with the exhaust. It might have 3 wheels, 190k miles with no service history and the asking price is £85k but if has the PSE you can't go past it
