The 986 looked good in white too. Don't get many in that colour - despite it being very traditional for Porsche.

Is that the racing white? All race porsches come stock with an almost pearl white which sounds awful, but looks amazing, there was a GT3RSR lookalike that I saw recently that had too many options to mention (none to do with the engine!!) but it looked amazing in white. I think it's called blue white or something similar.

Yes the colour is called Carrara(sic) white, one of the very few no cost options available for the car.

If you go onto [url]www.porsche.com/uk/[/url] and click on 'Build Your Porsche' you can cycle through all the options and colours available for the Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe. Even with the light background of the web page, the paler colours suit the shape of this car much better, IMHO of course.
