3 point rear seat belts for 993 cabrio

I have recently realised the boyhood dream and bought my first Porsche!!!! 993 C2 Cabriolet.
And lovin it!!!!

However......
I have 2 wonderful children who regularly squeeze into the back.
The car is fitted with lap belts, is there any kits available for upgrading to 3 point system / anywhere in the North East where this can be converted.
Guidance on where the inertia reels can be fitted etc. etc.

Any help on this matter would be appreciated!

Perhaps they could supply and you could fit locally? I've not used them myself but they are regularly cited as the people for seatbelt/childseat/etc. questions.

A quick look on PET appears to indicate that 3 point rear belts were an option in the cab. (!?) If you send me an email address I'll email you a PDF of the relevant pages.

I think there was a company specialising in doing these in the back of 911 and Porsche world, but can't remember the company but will have a look later and post it again.

I bought the belts for my 968 cab from Quickfit (they are the same as for your 911 cab). They sent them out promptly but without any decent instructions (just a couple of b/w photos). And I've got to admit that my father and I couldn't quite work out how to fit the diagonal bit (I'm told that it has to be moved depending on whether the roof is up or down).

Anyway, the MD, Stuart Quick, is ringing me back with fitting instructions.

Quickfit number is 020 82060101.

There are good instructions with pictures over on rennlist(964) and also on the Pcar(993) website under DIY for fitment of three point belts in cabs. A bit of a thread highjack, but does anybody know if the drum for the front inertia belts is the same as the rear, I know they have differing part numbers, but that may be down to a length indication.
