911 GT Spotted in Sheffield

Haven't seen one of these before.
Light met blue with German plates badged as 911 GT.
Is this a 993 GT2?
It had a hoofing big wing on the back. massive wide arches and 2 exhausts.
Parked in Europa garage in Sheffield. Spotted it at the weekend and went to have another look today.
Will try to get a picture if still there tomorrow.
Can someone give me some info on these? Cheers.
