Michelin N ratede Tyre prices.

Just been hunting around for quotes to renew all four tyres on my GT3. Best price which no other dealer can come near is £629-79. That is including VAT, balancing, fitting etc. From ATS Euromaster, a nationwide company, owned by Michelin.Apparently there is 25% discount off all sets of four Michelin tyres until the end of this month.
Price is for two 285/30/18, and two 225/40/18 ,Michelin Pilot Sports N1 rated. If anyone wants to ring the Manager, Kevin Carr at the Ivybridge Depot , near Plymouth on 01752-896346, he will honour the price quoted.
Price should be standard at all depots throughout UK.

that sounds like a great price. i am getting 4 michelin diamaris 275x45x19 for my Cayenne S tomorrow. They are £300+ each from the OPC. My regular 'cheap' place was £200 each, Kwik Fit were doing a january sale of 17.5% off if you bought two or more (so £692). But CostCo are £600 fitted number is 01708 865239 for the thurrock store. They had to order them in from Michelin, so could hopefully get your n rated ones too?

Same tyres sizes as my 993tt but the ATS website tells me:

"Unfortunately, we do not have the type of tyre for your vehicle"

Excuse my ignorance but what are the different ratings? is there a maximum speed for each rating?

Good price my local V good dealer in Strood is quoting £ 127 for the fronts &
£ 214 each for the backs all inc. VAT, fitting etc. Which I make £ 682 and these guys are normally V Cheap as well as being very careful with your rims.
