Have you ever seen a car to compare with the Black Turbo at Porsche Centre sheffield ?

Is it possible to load a picture of it ?

Black with painted wheels, red interior with yellow dials, yellow seat belts and PCCB's with yellow callipers.

Now there's a challenge ....

Looks like they've had second thoughts and painted the calipers red

If it wasn't for the all red interior I could go for it. I've got can can red seats with a black interior in my 951 which works for me.

Once again proof Money cant buy good taste

The most pointless waste of money I ever heard about was a 996TT which the original owner spent circa £3k to have it painted at the factory in Ferrari Rosso Red (lets face it Guards Red is hardly much different!)

More to the point they want to rush somebody 80 grand for the privilege of owning a total bloody orphan just before the 997 turbo hits the shelves!

There are only so many Premiership footballers out there and they certainly don’t live in Sheffield anyway

Didn't they have a Carrara White 996 C4S with every conceivable option including rollcage, buckets last year?

Very brave/colour blind/stupid (delete as appropriate) DP in my opinion!

Did you see the feature in The Telegraph last year about Clare Salmon, an ITV Marketing Executive, who bought a new Boxster?

Quote here:

"I have a mouth-wateringly beautiful pair of shocking-pink Gina slingbacks with three-inch heels," she says. "They are absolutely succulent and I wanted a car to match. So when I went into the Porsche garage on Park Lane, I took the shoes and put them on the counter. "

One of her beloved slingbacks was duly sent to Stuttgart and an exact paint match was created. Not only did she have to pay £thousands extra for the paint job, the dealer advised the car would be unsaleable when she wanted to replace it.

Edit: Found the link see:

Chris, I think you've got a typo there. Didn't you mean to ask, "Can You Bear This Colour Scheme?"

Call me mad, but I think that kinda looks ok (for a girlie's Boxster)... just hope the interior is Black Leather not Zebra Skin!

the pink one is ok. Not for me but ok. Red interior looks like a bloodbath.

Best colour I almost bought for a early 996 was Ocean Jade. Mmmmmmmmm still my fav.

Don't show my current future ex-girlfriend that pink Boxster, or she'll make my life a greater hell.

flamenco red is gorgeous

coloured dials look hideous unless silver which look great

I like that interior! Glad someone decides to break from the monotony of residual-saving greys and blacks.

I'm not sure if I could stomach the Speed Yellow seatbelts or dials, however.

And I certainly do not like the pink Boxster - but good on the woman for getting exactly what she wanted!
