What miles per gallon do people get in their Porsches? (I am particularly interested in 964s on the motorway!)

Is there a website giving the factory figures of the cars?

My old 944 S2 did 30 mpg on the motorway!

it was in the low teens when it had the supercharger on and I pressed hard. But still 22 when I didn't

968 around 26
944t high teens - same car on track about 7
944t with injector problem abut 10
964 about 20

i fill it up and it costs about 55 quid and i reckon i get 240-260 miles from that. how much mpg is that? or dont i want to know?

28 on a decent run although less when the supercharger is doing its stuff

(Car is 911SC with 993 engine)

I think thats about 18.5 miles per gallon

14 round town and 35ish on the motor way. 993 C4

993 RS - don't know yet but filled it up last night and it took £65 of optimax with 1/4 of a tank still in there

nah, youre in denial, we all know youve been sniffing the stuff - hence the strange sticky up hair, glazed expression and almost psychotic urge to change cars all the time

in answer to the thread, dunno. £50-55 per tank, 250 miles round town, 350-400 on motorway. so long as I retain the moral highground as running the eco-friendly car in the family (wife's 4.0 petrol jeep does 15 mpg round town) then I care not

no, you're right. that extra 3.5 miles round town you're getting easily awards you an economical psychological edge.
