TVR to 996

I have had a Griff 500 V8 for over 5 years now and its been great and never let me down. Thinking of changing it for a 996 as not to keen on TVRs speed six. I used to have a 928 GTS which was great and what i would like to know is has anyone moved from a V8 TVR to a 996 and hows it been.

yes - I went Tamora to 996 C2.

Very different experience - not quite the thrill of driving of the TVR, but bits don't drop off!

I think the C2 is suprisingly sporty and fun - many folks describe them as a little bland, but I absolutely love mine.

UB, do the factory know about you?

I am sure they would buy your Griff back to find out what was 'wrong'.

Thanks for the reply, have you ever owned a V8 TVR, The reason i ask is because the V8 is very different from S6.
