I saw today Porsche have announced the prices for the new GT3 available from next march.
Prices look reasonable;
US $ = $99,000
Germany with VAT = eur 102,112
At todays rates thats £61,909 vs $99,000 (+tax)
£65,879 vs eur 102,112 (inc tax)
I haven't seen any UK pricing yet & my regular OPC didn't know?????
Strikes me at these prices it looks like a reasonable deal considering it is 381bhp.This should certainly have an affect on the values of older rhd GT3 which seem to be offered at these prices anyway.
It will be fascinating to see if when UK prices are announced it is £75K....I would not be totally amazed!

can't remember option number but rhd is a factory code as it were..Assuming GT3 is a limited run production car I wonder how much rhd car will be.the articles I have read do not state anything.Plus I do not beleive the previous GT3 ever went to the US.Now this one is going over I assume they will sell as many as they can ship.
I really would not be suprised to see UK cars at £75k rhd & mug premium.They sold the last ones at this level in the UK without any problems.
At £65k it is the bargain of the range 381 bhp vs £89k & 420 bhp for the turbo and rarity value.
On the warranty front cars have standard european warranty of 2 years,porsche uk makes this 3 years.I understand that within this period you can extend for the additional year for approx £700 as long as it has been serviced correctly at an OPC.

look a couple down on this forum "New GT3 info" posted by Roy Oliver,there you will find the link...
Spoiler is great,the wheels looks similar to the standard 17" wheels,even though I know they are 18".Not as good looking as "old" GT3 wheels.

Having seen the US & European prices Porsche Uk have a press release on their website all about the 03 GT3.
Under pricing the expectation is around £73-£75k,,with this being confirmed in the new year.
It seems we were pretty much spot on with what the UK market will bear,allowing for the conversion to rhd.
