GT3 at the 'ring

The stretch you're probably referring to (Kesselchen to the corner before Karousel is an interesting one. Go up it in a normal car at 120mph and you think it's quite smooth. Go up at 160 and it's bloody bumpy, my camcorder jumps around like buggery.
Looking at the address of the URL I'm guessing I know of the person and he is very quick. Does regular BTG times of 8.05/8.10. The car incidentally is a clubsport with a rather unique numberplate. On the same weekend a buddy of his who competed in the Nurburgring 24 hours did a 7.45ish BTG before breakfast one of the mornings in a similar roadgoing GT3 clubsport.

PS - Can any of the usual suspects copy this to disc for me? beers at next VW meet in compensation!
Blasted BT. Discriminating against us country bumpkins.
Doh just deleted it from my drive or I could have burnt you a copy. Your right about the name of the straight i've just been looking at a map. Must get myself over there once i've got a decent car. For more insane vids check out www.superkaos.com some mentalist with a turbo hayabusa doing 200mph+ also available on www.racingflix.com
