picked up my 911 996 c4

hi all, i picked up my first porsche yesterday afternoon, fantastic...and what made it nicer was the first porsche i saw white 911 near catford flashed hes lights, really nice, i thought it was us old tvr drivers that did that!!,,,

on another question, what speed does the spoiler come up automatically , or is there a switch somewhere,,,

AFAIK the spoiler comes up at 50.

Yes there is a switch. Assuming you have a RHD car, in the footwell, on the right of the loud pedal, you will find a switch.

The spoiler will raise at 74 mph

Depends what the original owner had the dealer set it at. The factory default was 70 odd, but a lot had it reset to 50 else it's a bit of a giveaway to plod that you've been speeding - it also looks good up.
