I've got the superior, lighter 172 Cup model.
The danger is, you'll have more fun in this than the GT3.
I know when I drive this and my 944 turbo at the 'ring, although I am going a good bit faster in the 944....I think I have more fun in the Clio!
If you accept they are not the best built cars in the world and you may have to call upon the 3 year warrenty, then for 12k you can't get much better.

I have got one (well, bought it for the wife alledgedly).
Fantastic little car, great fun, good in London traffic. dont think i've ever driven anything that seems to go round roundabouts quite that quickly, it really does stick to the road quite unbelievably.
As KayC says, it does sometimes make you wonder why you have a 70k car sitting in the garage getting dusty.
nothing gone wrong yet (3000 miles) apart from front brakes graunching already (cant have shagged them already!)
biggest downside is that it does seem to be a bit of a vandal magnet, been keyed already.

Yep, I have one too - no Porsche though
