Hi i sent my ECU away to Superchips for a remap , after reconnecting the dash lights come on and the car won't even turn over its just dead...any ideas??? Boxster 2.5 1999

Could be the alarm / immobilisor.
Try leaving the battery disconnected for half an hour. What kind of alarm is it - it may say on the fob
I put a chip in my 968 and when I connected the ECU back up is was dead as a Dodo. It was at night so there was nothing I could do.
When I tried it again in the morning it started, dont know why it did it. I know my car is a lot older than yours but just a thought.

hi it is the Boxster immobiliser factory fitted...ill try disconnecting the battery..Superchips said they will foot the bill
tried battery to no avail now contacting OPC thanks
