What is this car I'm thinking of?

Hello Porker fans.
Very quick Porsche (911), only about 20 made or something silly like that. Was featured many moons ago in TG mag. ~£170k rings a bell. What is it? A pic would be tops.

My guess would be a 911 GT1



Only thing is I think they were a fair bit more than £170k.

Definately not the above GT1, it was a proper balls out air-cooled (I think) 911, not the 959.
Stripped out with possibly a roll-cage.

You're not thinking of a Ruf Yellowbird or other non-Porsche Porsche, are you?

Twas definately a proper porker and not a RUF.
There must be a geek on here somewhere with every copy of TG since the year dot.
The one featured was yellow (I know what you're thinking) with yellow and black leather seats.

You're not thinking of Steve Sutcliffe's old turbo are you? Wasn't worth £170k, even when specced the way it was from the factory? Later sold by Paul Mc @ GTClassics? (not for £170k! )

Driven the only rhd speed yellow one, and really should've bought it when Paragon were offering it er 2yrs ago.

Scared the hell out of me. Loved it !
