Accessing test mode on 996 tt

By holding in one of the dashboard buttons I could invoke a number of self test modes on my E39 M5.

Is there anything similar on my 2002 996tt?

Not that I know of, I think the only way to do any tests is for a dealer to hook up their box of tricks.
