2.5 or 2.7

Struggling to find a tip as most seem to be 2.5 models or over price range.

Is a 2.5 a good buy or not, as been told 2.7 is the happy medium with 3.2 being the ultimate.

Just that market for tips seem more popular in 2.5

Speed is not a issue for me but is a 2.5 model a lot harder to shift if i come to sell it at a later date

I have driven all three types, owned the 2.5 for 4 years. I thought it was fine, until i drove a 2.7. Buy a 2.5 by all means, but dont drive the 2.7.
IMO its quite a bit more refined, and felt a bit quicker too.

I have a 2.5 tip and drove a 2.7 man 2.5 man and a 3.2S man before I bought the 2.5 tip. The other two are quicker and a little more refined. The extra speed i had no need of and the extra refinement ment the car lost a bit of exhaust growl and attachment to the outside world imho. You will pay a little less for the 2.5 and obviously a little more for the others horses for courses.

I am in a right pickle, ideally wanted a tip lack of them and me getting desparate looking at manual
