Bilstein suspension on a 993?

Anyone had any experience of this or care to comment on what it does to the car?Asking on behalf of a mate looking at a car with said suspension 'upgrade'?Thanks in advance.

There are two variants: the PSS-9 kit which includes springs and adjustable dampeners and the HD dampeners which can be used with OEM or other (H&R, etc) springs. Both variants are generally considered quite good; the PSS-9 set-up is more track orientated but quite acceptable for road use.

I have pss9 - softest setting is about 30% stiffer than standard although the reality is that the standard shocks are probably so knackered that the ride is dramatically improved.

Fully sitff is about 60% stiffer than standard - great on track

yes,this is the PSS9 kit.just checked.so this would be a positive thing.?(car is definitely for the road).
