Fusch alloy blisters..

I've got a 1988 Carrera 3.2 Targa, which is in great condition apart from one of the rear wheels. On the silver trim around the edge of the wheel, the metal has blistered and bubbled in a few places. Can anyone recommend a place / product / person who can help me get it sorted please? It's driving me nuts!
