Bugger!! I've broken it!!

Didn't take long for the 'mechanic' to strike....I thought " I'll just take off the wheels and clean/touch up the big reds to make it look good" and....as I was tightening it back up...splat! off came the wheel stud! After a cursory glance I went over to Peter Tognola in Datchet, so he could give it the 'once-over'.
Apparently it was already cracked and just finally gave up the ghost. Bloody annoying tho'...new stud/labour...why did I not leave it alone? Trouble is, I have got to clean it if it's dirty! ( am I turning into 'loonycat' or what?)
Taken the edge off the week-end tho'!

plus, its better that it breaks when your stationary, chum.

Don't you have to take the hub apart? Excuse my ignorance...not worked on these before...is it straightforward?
