What would you reasonably expect me to have in terms of insurance if I came around to test drive the car that you are selling (hypothetically)? I mean a civilized test drive, not racing it around...

Personally, would want to see your certificate of insurance covering you to drive TPFT on any car not belonging to you, and for you to look as if I would have a reasonable chance of suing your butt off if you stack it..

Good luck !

You will need to be covered third party to be road legal. As for sueing someone you try proving it wasn`t the other guy`s / the car`s fault. If I was the test driver I`d have your arse over the coals for allowing me out in such an unsafe and dangerous car
