Nice car mate. As raw as mine!

Might it be an idea to put some padding on the roll cage, the FIA approved stuff? Mine has it on the cage and I'm pleased it's there. Just an idea. Might stop you scratching the cage when you clamber over it or knock it with your helmet! (I have it at head height too running above the doors and above the windscreen).

No mate, got it in a private sale in December 2004.

I decided to put the stereo back in. It came in a box when I bought it off the private seller. I assume it was fitted to the car originally. You can't hear it at motorway speeds or if you put your foot down. I put it back in to listen to cricket when driving to track days! Good point about weight!! I have aircon and elec windows as well mind!

It's the Momo model 78. Demon Tweeks have 'em. If you buy one, make sure you get a Porsche horn badge. It finishes it off a treat.

www.demon-tweeks.com/products/ProductDetail.asp?cls=MSPORT&pcode=M/C11111783311

You can get quick release boss easy.

The wheel Vic mentions is what most people go for. The reason I haven't got it is because the diameter is a bit big compared to my wheel. It is quite dear, but it has Porsche stamped on the right hand spoke! And a yellow stripe at top dead centre. They have them at: www.carnewal-europe.com/main.htm

Go to the "interior" page, click on the 993 page, then click on Cup steering wheel and there is a picture there. I think Parr/JZM or someone in the UK has some of these if I remember right.
