Collected my Boxster yesterday

1998 2.5, metallic black, black hood, full nephrite leather, traction control, 17" turbo look wheels, climate control, sports exhaust, electric seats, 6CD changer, 6/12 warranty and a full history at 55K miles.

GF doesn't seem to appreciate the importance of this, so I thought i'd share it with you all!

Nice one Doc!

Now you've got a nice new car it may be time to consider a new girlfriend in light of the above statement.

Black and Nephrite, a very rare combination, a mate of mine used to have it on a 993 targa. Looked good.

cheers

Welcome to the show, oh swearer of the oathus hypocraticalarum.

If you're ever on the correct side of the Pennines and feel like a little bovine fellowship, simply don your viking headgear, slap on Flight of the Valkyrie and proceed down the M62 at a speed commensurate with the Gods, flailing your hammer of war and we may ride into battle as one, smiting thine enemies from whence they may appear.

Just don't forget a Bell Euro 550 set to 'motorway.'

Congrats unt chin, chin.

Ahhh... I see you've met Derestrictor

I'd take him up on the offer of a meet if you can. Simon works 25 hours a day, partly because he runs on 102 octane fuel, and is as true a PistonHead as you'll ever meet. Plus he's quite normal in real life

Really? There have been rumours accumulating....

PS. He doesn't actually speak like that does he? I mean, I'd have to just smile and say "yes" or laugh everytime he says something, pretending I understand what he's on about. On here its okay, I can read, reread and then read again what he's type, use a dictionary, and then maybe understanding half of what he's on about.

Derestrictor are you coming along to VW (you HAVE to come along, so that question is not really a question)
