what am i missing in this 993...?

This late 993 seems great, the miles low, the price relatively moderate, there must be something I am overlooking... What is it? Does anybody know this car?

i'm going to call the vendor tomorrow, also to find out whether it is RHD or LHD... what other things could possibly be obviously fishy? i have the Andrew Crawford purchase guide and will ask the relevant questions but i'm wondering whether there is something else that is tooooo obvious to show up in a guide book...? as it stands this car at that price sounds too good to be ok....? 
Price might seem attractive based on final spec of car, it's not clear in advert, but don't be swayed by the price alone. There are a few typos/conflicting bits of information in the advert so be careful that the current owner actually knows what they have. There is a possibility the web site screwed up the wording but if you are selling a 911 surely you would want the advert worded correctly, gives the impression the car is something it is not.
Also, get it checked by someone who knows what to look for. Plenty of threads on this subject in past few days if you look. Check service history and ask to see receipts or don't be scared to call the place that did the service for their opinions.

...so finally - there is an answer for every question... 
just spoke to the previous owner - the car sold two weeks ago at £24k. it's a RHD with a good service history & documentation and he said it's nice BUT....
....it had an accident according to its HPI and there is no piece of documentation in relation to the repair, i.e. no one knows what has happened and what the damage was. apparently even a specialist could not find out what had happened (...?)
in addition to that, the car had 7 owners in 8 years which does not inspire a huge amount of confidence...
so voila... on to the next
PS anyone knows a sensibly priced dark 993 with dark interior (early models ok) for sale?

I'd suggest it's RHD from the parked position of the wipers, and i'd also suggest it's a 2S (since that would have had the wide body). It's got the Turbo S front lip spoiler but the standard turbo rear wing.
It's also got low ride height, 18's, and red calipers and white front indicators which would suggest a C4S, but that was unavailable as a tiptronic.
So perhaps someone bought a black C2S tip and then decided to paint the calipers red (they don't like big reds to me) and put the front and rear spoilers and wheels on it. And maybe drop the suspension.
