Try Bedford for a a relatively safe venue to start exploring the huge limits of this mythical machine. MSV doing an event there this saturday. Few of us GT3 and other 911 owners going for a blat about. Fancy it??

I originally saw it when it was at Lovetts back in 2003. It was 'as new' with only 6,000 miles, but sold very quickly for over £60k.
I have a few 'collectable' 911s and contacted Gus when he put it on Pistonheads. It still looks excellent (needed a clean when I saw it) and has the usual crazing on the Sport Design rims. I drove it and thought it was fabulous - nicer on the road than the Mk2s I've driven.
As it happens, I have a 997 GT3 on order (Sept build) so I couldn't really justify it, but IMO it is a lovely, original, unmolestered example.
Thought £50k was a bit ambitious, but probably well worth in the upper £40ks.

Sounds great. May not have acquired the new mistress by then but if i have...is it an all dayer?
