Independent warranties.

At the moment, my gt3 has an official porche warranty, which seems good value at 700 quid or so, but at the car is seven years old, and porsche only warranty up to 9 years, Im thinking about using an independant like Paragon..
their warranty looks pretty comprehensive and they do seem like nice guys down there.
Has anyone bought one from them or any other independant?? What sort of experiences have you had with claims?
They also supply and fit revo technik chips serial chips..(not for mk1 gt3s yet though) which wont invalidate their warranties either.. again, anyone had this done??
