Porsche Sports Exhaust Rattle Problems

Just had the 996 in for its 48k service at Ninemeister and as always they did a great job. However, we seem to have discovered a rattling noise from within the left exhaust box of the original PSE system. The chaps took the box off and there is something loose inside which when fitted back onto the car makes a somewhat crap sound. With Le Mans coming up shortly I need to resolve this problem and need some advice.

I purchased the PSE from an online vendor, thhe name of which I wont mention. However, due to their 30 day warrant / return period, have I got a leg to stand on in getting a free replacement? If not, then would it be feasible to approach porsche GB. Failing all of that, does anyone know where i can get a left exhaust box for the original PSE system in the next couple of days??? HELP!

Sounds like a baffle has come loose! The box will need to come off and the bit of the baffle removed, it might come out if the box is shaken, if failing that a hole will need to be cut and the bit removed.
