997S pick -up advice needed.

More than ever your help will be appreciated.

I'm hoping to pick up a 997S tomorrow from an independent dealer.

Just to give me a foolproof list, in addition to logbook, etc. What else shoud I make sure I inspect and get with the car eg: how many sets of keys come with it etc.

Also, should I bother with 111check, since it is an 05/05 car?

Should I get a HPI check etc?

My main worry is that I am not buying from an OPC, so I want to cover all bases.
