Brake discs

Hi all, how easy is it to replace the front discs on a 996tt??? a fairly competent mechanic will be doing it.

any special parts or tools needed???

any do's or dont's

Karl, it's a relatively easy job, I did it myself on my C4S. Porsche recommend new caliper bolts (they are only around 11 quid). No special tools needed, just make sure you have everything to remove the pads and a 10mm hex socket for the bolts.
