997 GT3 delays

[Porsche GT3]

Hey,

Does anyone have the latest news on the GT3 delays?? Haven't heard anything for a while.....no one seems to know exacly.

I was recently told that, owing to specialist component supplies, initial production will be delayed.

Cars originally scheduled for Sept build, will probably now be built in October. Later cars should be ok as production catches up.

OPC stated first UK cars due for customer delivery by end of Nov. Tho' Pugsey (See sep thread) did mention maybe a chance of catch up before then. Who knows !
